Job Title

Prepare, arrange, fit, and assemble a variety of materials (stainless, nickel alloy, Hast-X) and components using TIG welding processes and procedures. Strong assessment of weld parameter inputs with the ability to make adjustments during welding. Interpret and execute production using drawings and blueprints. Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner after completing work orders. Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs. Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity. Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency. Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, and look up work instructions. Utilize work instructions, set-up sheets, fixtures, and method documents to correctly set up parts to be welded. Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited welding program OR 1 year of industrial TIG welding experience. Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use precision measurement equipment. Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding and able to pass a 6G weld test on Stainless and Nickel. Flexibility: Willingness to work 1st shift (6 AM – 2:30 PM, M-F) and overtime when needed.
