Dental assistant

Clinical Duties
✔ Assist dentists during general, pediatric, and prosthodontic procedures
✔ Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization
✔ Take and process dental X-rays (digital preferred)
✔ Perform four-handed dentistry for efficiency
✔ Monitor patient vitals and comfort levels
✔ Educate patients on post-treatment care
Administrative & Patient Care Duties
✔ Maintain accurate patient records (medical histories, treatment plans)
✔ Assist with appointment scheduling & front desk support
✔ Follow OSHA & HIPAA compliance protocols
✔ Provide exceptional patient interactions (friendly, professional demeanor)

full-time $23 - $26 per hour

Wednesday & Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 2 PM
No weekends or evenings!

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn & follow safety protocols

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Open Dental
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

1+ years of dental assisting experience
X-ray certification (PA)
Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental software
Knowledge of medical coding & documentation
