We provide our employees with flexible working environments and competitive benefits in all of our global offices, along with the opportunity to grow with the Company.What You'll DoTechnical Support & Case Management: Manage case queues in accordance with customer SLAs, answer complex technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate workarounds for the Copado platformCustomer Advocacy & Relationship Building: Advocate for customer needs, manage expectations, and resolve issues skillfully to drive high satisfaction and long-term successProduct Expertise & Knowledge Sharing: Develop deep technical mastery in product functionality, contribute to knowledge base articles, and assist with designing and delivering technical trainingOperational Excellence & Upsell Identification: Review support cases for troubleshooting accuracy, document and escalate issues per procedure, and identify potential product or service upsell opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForSalesforce & DevOps Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Customer Support or DevOps environmentsTechnical & Integration Skills: Proficiency with SaaS environments, Git repositories, branching strategies, hosted version control vendors, and development tools (APIs, CLI, SQL, XML, error logs)Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent written and verbal communication to support a global client base and engage with executive leadershipCertifications & Flexibility: Copado Admin and Developer Certifications preferred, along with a flexible schedule to support remote/global coverage including nights and weekends as neededBenefitsCopado offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) PlanPaid Time OffWellness PerksCopado is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
