Qualifications Required : Master\'s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy Arkansas License-eligible Preferred (But Not Required): Experience with evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Based Therapy Background in crisis intervention, addiction treatment, and substance abuse counseling Experience in individual counseling, family therapy, and group therapy with children, adolescents, families, and couples Previous work in child therapy, domestic violence counseling, or social services Clinical supervision experience and leadership skills Strong client relations and patient advocacy background Community outreach experience Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Provide individual counseling, family therapy, and group therapy services to patients of all ages Treat mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence through evidence-based interventions Implement crisis intervention protocols and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies Complete thorough progress notes and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with accreditation standards Collaborate with our in-house psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities Engage in patient advocacy and community outreach initiatives Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff as needed About Changes Behavioral Health Changes Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer .
