This individual would be responsible for hauling fertilizer and grain commodities. The ideal candidate would have a Class A CDL with their hazmat endorsement or willing to obtain. We offer ample overtime during our spring and fall busy seasons and our drivers will be home every night. No experience is required- apply today! \Operate a semi‑tractor and trailer (or straight truck) to deliver non‑hazardous materials to customer sites across complex or variable routes, ensuring safe and efficient execution \n Drive in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies, using sound judgment regarding route safety, road conditions, and compliance requirements \n Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries; Connect and disconnect trailers, and perform product transfer loading and unloading activities in accordance with safety protocols \n Complete required delivery documentation and daily load/unload reports, and maintain accurate electronic logs and onboard computer entries \n Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, and report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns promptly \n Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and equipment issues; Provide informal guidance and support to Associate Drivers as needed regarding routes, equipment operation, and safety practices \n Share operational knowledge and best practices to support team efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction \Hold a valid Class A or Class B CDL (as required for the equipment/route)\n Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience or 100,000 miles of verifiable driving experience, with a safe driving record \n Be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and safely climb in/out of truck cabs and trailers \n Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with frequent travel and time away from home \n Have a high school diploma or equivalent \n Demonstrate the ability to operate independently in a high‑skill driving role, including managing complex routes or delivery requirements \n Maintain a consistent record of safe driving and sound decision‑making in varied road and weather conditions \n Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a history of positive customer feedback \Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
