Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition; document findings and report changes promptly.
- Assist with activities of daily living and support residents’ functional independence as able.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans; communicate changes to families and team members as appropriate.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate charting; maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (NM)
- Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts and meet guaranteed hours for the assignment
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a geriatric, multi-disciplinary care environment
