This role will focus on ongoing client relationships, managing a portfolio of web retainer accounts. Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep website development engagements on time and on budget. Define project scope and requirements by collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop user flows, functional requirements, and detailed Teamwork tickets to ensure clarity and efficiency. Work with leadership to refine and enhance project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams to integrate creative and technical solutions that meet client goals. Support business growth by evaluating new business opportunities, assisting with proposals, and identifying ways to expand client partnerships. Represent Interactive Strategies in industry events and networking opportunities to stay ahead of emerging trends in web development and digital marketing.
