El Asociado de Almacén es responsable del mantenimiento diario del almacén, incluyendo la selección y verificación de pedidos, la carga y descarga de productos, y el control de inventario utilizando tecnología de almacén de última generación. El objetivo del puesto es adquirir, procesar y despachar productos a clientes y proveedores para una distribución mayorista de HVAC. Calificaciones Compromiso comprobado con el servicio al cliente y la seguridad. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva con los clientes. Fuerte atención al detalle y precisión. Disposición para aprender y crecer con la empresa. Aprobar un examen de drogas previo a la contratación y una verificación de antecedentes. 6 meses de experiencia en almacén, incluyendo operación de montacargas (preferido). Bilingüismo (preferiblemente español). Conocimiento de HVAC y logística de carga completa. Carga y descarga diaria de productos. Recibir, inspeccionar y almacenar mercancía. Lista de verificación diaria del mantenimiento de camiones y montacargas. Asistir con el inventario físico y el control de inventarios. Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente. Mantener los terrenos y el almacén limpios, ordenados y seguros. Cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad. Usar el equipo de protección personal adecuado.
