The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and exercises. Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Current Physical Therapy license to practice in Texas. Current BCLS (AHA) certification at the time of hire and maintain certification thereafter. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting. Work Environment Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work with a variety of patients including inpatients and outpatients. Facility includes 25-bed critical access hospital with ICU, Med/Surg unit, orthopedics, and Cardiac Cath Lab. Acuity Level: Level IV trauma ER. Weekend and holiday shifts as needed by the department. Dress Code The dress code is scrubs, with no specific color requirement. Types of Employment This position is offered as a full-time role, with options available for travelers.
