Job Summary Working closely with a team of program managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization, the RC is an integral partner in managing intern program related activities ranging across onboarding, early career development, and offboarding, to engage and retain top diverse talent. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our engagement programs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives. Responsibilities Manage intern program related activities across onboarding, early career development, and offboarding. Shape engagement programs and drive operational excellence. Work effectively with interns, managers and internal stakeholders, demonstrate great communication skills, and shift gears at a moment’s notice. Help build a great organization of talented individuals. Required Skills 1+ years of admin or data entry experience. Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
