Creating a sales strategy to drive business growth. Developing and managing team members. Establishing strong relationships with existing customers. Forecasting orders/sales monthly. Work with marketing, estimating, and customer care, and be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to increase business growth. Education and Certifications Minimum two-year technical degree and/or 3 to 5 years of related job experience. Qualifications Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations. Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures. Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job. Must be able to read blueprints. Knowledge of basic Mechanical Engineering concepts is desired. Knowledge of the ASME Code, and ability to use ASME related software is a plus. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively work with internal and external customers in a team environment. Corporate computer systems. Microsoft Applications. On-the-job training will be provided; prior work in related industry is an asset.
