Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Mankato, MN | Full TimeNo nights. No weekends. No on-call. $27–$30/hour based on experience, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This fixed daytime schedule is rare in home care nursing. Support adults with disabilities living in their own homes throughout the Mankato area as an LPN with Harry Meyering Center.What You'll DoProvide nursing care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community, in a respectful, person-centered wayAdminister medications and treatments according to each person's care plan, and track and report any medication errorsTrain and coach direct support staff on medication administration, CPR, and recognizing signs of illnessKeep medical records complete, accurate, and currentCommunicate with physicians and other providers to relay updates, request orders, and get clarification when neededStep in for hands-on direct care when needed, including help with daily activities, home tasks, and medication administrationWhat You'll NeedRequired:Current Minnesota LPN license in good standingValid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record checkAbility to pass the Minnesota Department of Human Services Background StudyPreferred:Comfort with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn digital charting toolsExperience in home and community-based services or a similar care settingPay & Benefits$27–$30/hour, based on experienceFull-time, 40 hours per week, PTO eligibleHealth, vision, dental, and accident insurance optionsScheduleFull-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility if needed.
