Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 15-week assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, strengthening, and mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the rehabilitation process.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS Certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or outpatient experience preferred.
