Senior Endpoint Engineer/Administrator, Systems Management

Cencora seeks a Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, deploy, and manage endpoint solutions across a distributed enterprise using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune. The role involves application packaging, patch management, security remediation, PowerShell automation, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, and deploy Windows and third-party applications via MECM and Intune with detection logic
• Manage MECM/Intune co-management infrastructure including boundaries, collections, Autopilot, and compliance policies
• Design and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, remediation, and enterprise-wide reporting
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across the endpoint fleet in partnership with Information Security
• Triage and resolve escalations from endpoint support and security teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in infrastructure and endpoint engineering
• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune, including co-management and Autopilot
• Demonstrated experience identifying, prioritizing, and remediating security vulnerabilities and CVEs
• Advanced PowerShell scripting with functions, modules, error handling, and Graph API integration
• Networking knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VLANs, and content distribution
• Experience with application packaging tools such as PSADT and third-party patch management
