Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 17 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Experience: Min 1 year in Acute Care MedSurg setting. BLS – AHA Required. Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments. Educates patients on surgical procedures.
