Junior RecruiterReporting to the Talan USA Managing Director, the Junior Recruiter is a member of the U.S. Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in supporting staff augmentation recruitment activities by identifying and attracting qualified talent to meet business needs and support the growth of Talan's U.S. operations.In this role, you will contribute to the recruitment lifecycle through sourcing, candidate engagement, and coordination of hiring activities. Working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders, you will help build talent pipelines, deliver a positive candidate experience, and support hiring objectives across the organization.Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and candidate follow-up.Maintain accurate recruitment data, track pipeline activity, and contribute to recruitment process improvements and hiring objectives.Develop expertise in recruiting for consulting, technology, and professional services talent supporting staff augmentation engagements.Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitive recruiting practices across the U.S. market.Collaborate closely with Sales teams and hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and business priorities.Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through transparency, responsiveness, and professional communication.Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues to share best practices, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence.Contribute to initiatives that enhance Talan's employer brand and strengthen candidate engagement efforts.QualificationsRecent graduate with a strong interest in building a career in recruitment, project management, and sales, or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, required to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and stakeholders across the U.S. market.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn, take initiative, and succeed.Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and direct sourcing techniques.Previous exposure to recruitment, staffing, consulting, professional services, or technology environments.Exposure to staff augmentation or client-facing recruitment.Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across different skill sets.Experience developing and maintaining candidate pipelines and providing positive candidate experience.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Additional InformationAt Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including:Competitive salary and variable incentive401(k) retirement plan with company matching15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out)8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per yearCompany health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSAVoluntary STD and LTDCommuter/transit benefits
