Job Summary:
Medical/Surgical Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical Floor care is needed at a healthcare organization located in Neenah, Wisconsin. The position involves providing high-quality patient care on a 12-hour night shift schedule, with rotations including weekends and holidays as needed. The role requires delivering compassionate, skilled nursing services within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with start time at 5:30 PM; minimum of 36 hours per week; weekends and holidays as needed; shift notes include 12-hour nights.
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum of 3 years of nursing experience including at least one travel contract; recent charting experience with EPIC within the last year; associate degree or certificate in nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patients, proficiency in Med/Surg, COVID, Pre-post Cath, post pacemaker, and TR Bands. Ability to work as part of a team with support staff such as LPNs and CNAs, resilient and adaptable to change, and social personality traits.
• Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate resilience, a hard-working attitude, and the ability to manage change effectively. The role involves caring for adult patients predominantly on the Med/Surg floor, with rare pediatric cases, and requires scrub color adherence to black. The position is based at an organization serving Neenah, WI, with flexibility to float within the facility and within a 60-mile radius to other facilities.
