Wealth Associate

Rothschild Wealth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Wealth Associate to support our advisors and their analysts. In this role, you will manage investment and annuity applications while servicing a diverse range of client accounts. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless transaction processing, maintaining strong client relationships, and upholding the high service standards our clients expect. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and located out of our Oakbrook location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process and manage investment applications for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry compliance standards.
• Manage annuity applications, ensuring all client transactions are properly documented and executed.
• Deliver outstanding client service by addressing inquiries and assisting with transaction processing in a timely manner.
• Support client onboarding by ensuring all required documentation is completed and systems are updated accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with advisors to identify and implement solutions aligned with client investment needs and goals.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests, fostering a high level of satisfaction and trust.

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Solid experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform for tracking client interactions and transactions.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks and client requests, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior experience in wealth management or the broader financial services industry.
• Degree in Finance or a related field.
• SIE exam passed or in progress.

Rothschild Wealth Partners offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your professional and personal well-being. The base salary range for this position is Wealth Associate: $68,000-$75,000, Senior Wealth Associate: $85,000-95,000, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus .
