Senior Developer Specializing In Robotic Process Automation (RPA) We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Developer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role is based in Rosemead, CA, and is a 6-month contract position. Role Description The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of RPA, particularly with UiPath, and be able to recommend solutions based on data analysis. The role involves capturing requirements, converting business logic into automated processes, and troubleshooting and debugging UiPath automations. Technical/Functional Skills Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience in Robotic Process Automation, primarily using UiPath. Overall experience of 6 years in related fields. Proficient in designing processes and implementing UiPath solutions. Experience in process modeling in UiPath Studio and development of SAP processes. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, architecture, and design patterns. Ability to interpret, document, and visualize business processes and translate them into automation solutions. Experience with GitHub and Agile methodology. Familiarity with object cloning methods on browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Awareness of the latest market technologies and RPA solutions. Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and review work across all phases: planning, analysis, design, build, and test. Define technical, operational, and user requirements. Develop solutions based on client requirements. Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions. Take responsibility for project activities, including work estimation, planning, and project quality.
