Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an up-to-date billing system by processing billings, posting collections, and reporting on activity.
- Generate and send invoices and statements, collect and allocate payments, and follow established procedures for recording cash receipts.
- Monitor customer account details including but not limited to reviewing accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Review and report on customer outstanding balances, escalating aging reports to other team members as needed to ensure compliance with credit policies and internal reporting standards.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- 2 or more years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience is required.
- Ability to work with Excel and Google platforms (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets
- ERP experience a plus (Oracle especially) #zip
