Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care by leading the coordination and delivery of nursing services. You will support patients and their families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team. What You Will Do

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
