Systems Engineer - Integration and Test

Position: Systems Engineer – Integration and Test Location: Aurora, CO Overview: This role supports the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (SISR) business units. The Systems Engineer will integrate, verify, and validate complex systems to ensure they meet mission requirements. Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph, active and transferable, required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers developing industry‑leading ground systems solutions. Perform integration and test activities as a member of an Agile Release Train (ART) team within the Command and Control (C2) domain. Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and work with engineers to drive resolution. Develop and execute automated test scripts to support system verification and validation. Troubleshoot and debug system issues to ensure proper functionality and performance. Work within an Agile program environment to support development and delivery objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience with software integration and testing in an Agile CI/CD environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and test automation tools. Hands‑on integration and test engineering experience. Experience troubleshooting and debugging software‑based systems or products. Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Python, and/or Perl. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Satellite Ground System development or operations. Development experience within mission management ground systems or space‑based ISR platforms. Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Gherkin, and Zephyr.
