Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate in a heavy industrial, pick-and-pull yard environment, performing labor-intensive tasks.
- Remove fluids and tires from old cars as part of production processes.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, dust, dirt, grease, and oil.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing cleanup tasks in the mornings and before closing.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests, glasses, gloves, and hard hats. Steel toe work boots are required and can be provided.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a strong team culture and positive energy.
- Follow all training and safety guidelines provided on-site, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.


Qualifications & Requirements
- Mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
- Forklift experience is a plus; training and certification can be acquired on-site.
- Previous experience in tire-related work or similar environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle greasy, dusty, and dirty tasks.
- Strong focus on safety, honesty, and loyalty.
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
- Steel toe work boots are required (can be provided and deducted from paychecks).
