Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Skill in adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Experience working in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and implement IEPs to support student goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Deliver instruction targeting students’ academic, emotional, and social needs
• Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere and advocate for equitable education practices
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities
