Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in PCU/IMC/Stepdown units.
• Manage and interpret cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias.
• Administer and titrate medications, including cardiac and vasoactive drips.
• Perform peripheral line care and management, including PICC lines.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.
• Float between all Cone Health campuses as needed to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Two years of experience in PCU/IMC/Stepdown or equivalent.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system preferred.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Experience managing cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias necessary.
