Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Lilburn, Georgia. This role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients within an outpatient setting. The position requires delivering quality care focused on functional recovery, patient education, and adherence to safety and professional standards.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs, physician direction, and organizational standards. Responsible for documentation, goal setting, and ensuring care is provided within signed physician orders and insurance guidelines. Participates in student training and professional development activities. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates a commitment to safety, organizational performance improvement initiatives, and a professional code of conduct.
