Experienced Leasing Consultant Needed – WEEKENDS REQUIRED
We are hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Tampa, FL 33613 .
We are looking for a professional, energetic, and experienced leasing specialist who is comfortable working with prospects, closing leases, and providing excellent customer service.
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED — MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SATURDAY & SUNDAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective and current residents
- Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Follow up with prospective residents and convert leads into leases
- Process rental applications, leases, and resident paperwork
- Assist with resident retention and customer service
- Maintain accurate leasing records and follow property policies
- Support the onsite team with daily office operations
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional leasing environment
Requirements
- Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
- Must be available to work BOTH Saturday AND Sunday — NO EXCEPTIONS
- Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
- Professional communication and presentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing office
- Experience with leasing software/property management systems preferred
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is experienced, confident, personable, and sales-driven . You should be comfortable speaking with prospects, conducting tours, following up on leads, and helping the property meet its occupancy goals.
