Birchwood Bakery is a beloved neighborhood bakery in Franklin, MA known for premium baked goods and outstanding customer service. We're looking for a friendly and dependable full- or part-time Bakery Customer Service Clerk - Bakery Cashier to help create exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. In this role, you'll serve as a key part of our front-of-house team, helping customers find their favorites while providing professional, attentive service.

We offer $8 per hour plus tips, resulting in average earnings of approximately $18 per hour.

As a full- or part-time Bakery Customer Service Clerk - Bakery Cashier, you will greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, guide customers through available products, process purchases accurately, answer questions, and help create an inviting atmosphere throughout the bakery. You will maintain clean and organized service areas, replenish displays when needed, and work alongside a passionate team dedicated to delivering a premium customer experience. We offer flexible scheduling with both full- and part-time opportunities available. Shifts vary within business hours, including our morning shift from 6:00 a.m. (7:00 a.m. on weekends) until 4:00 p.m. and our evening shift from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

• Experience in the service industry, ideally food service
• Ability to work efficiently
