Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting as the primary focus of care
• Provide physical therapy services to inpatient populations as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings
