Job Description:

Med/Surg nights-Must be willing to float if needed.

Requirements:

• Flu vaccine is required, no exceptions
• 100-mile radius rule: We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital
• RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
