Job Summary
Seeking a Robotics and Controls Engineer with strong experience in robotics, PLC/HMI, mechanical design, vision systems, and automated workcells.

Title: Robotics and Controls Engineer
Location: Delavan, WI

Key Responsibilities

• Design automation cells and EOAT using SolidWorks and GD&T.
• Program and optimize 6-axis robots such as Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs and electrical controls.
• Perform robot reachability, payload, safety, and risk assessments.
• Integrate and calibrate Cognex/Keyence vision systems.
• Support safety systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and GD&T.
• Advanced PLC/HMI programming and electrical schematic experience.
• Hands-on robotics and machine vision experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 13849, ANSI B11.19, ANSI/RIA R15.06, or ISO 10218.
