You must have:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience required. Ford experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Ability to work Saturdays when required
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers on service drive and discussing repair needs
• Creating work orders and communicating specifics to technicians for repairs
• Discussing repair needs and costs with customers to get approvals
• Keeping in contact with customers to make sure they are up to date on their repair situation
• Ability to juggle dozens of customers/repairs at one time. Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace
• Must have clear understanding of vehicle repairs and be able to communicate those repairs clearly and concisely to the customers.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
