Position Overview:

Dynamic In-Home Care is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Full-Time Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating patient care by ensuring appropriate clinician coverage, managing schedules, and maintaining effective communication between field staff, patients, and internal departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, is passionate about helping others, and has strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinician schedules using the company's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Ensure patients are appropriately staffed according to their authorized visit frequency and individual care needs.
• Manage daily staffing needs, including new patient assignments, schedule changes, and replacement coverage.
• Communicate regularly with field clinicians to confirm schedules and ensure timely completion of required patient visits.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting team to identify, onboard, and place qualified clinicians on appropriate patient cases.
• Work closely with the Transitional Care and Intake teams to facilitate smooth patient admissions and transitions home.
• Assist the Intake team with data entry, patient information, and introductory patient calls.
• Proactively identify staffing challenges and develop creative solutions to improve clinician retention and continuity of care.
• Maintain consistent communication with patients, families, clinicians, and internal departments.
• Collaborate with the in-office Care Coordination team to address scheduling concerns and operational needs.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in healthcare staffing, home health, medical scheduling, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is a plus.
