Job Summary This role serves as the internal NetSuite subject-matter expert and drives configuration, customization, and workflow enhancements to support the company's operational excellence. You will merge advanced technical expertise with deep business process knowledge to implement, manage, and optimize our cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. Acting as the heart of our NetSuite environment, you will lead end-to-end business process mapping across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial functions, ensuring the platform scales efficiently with our core business operations. Key Responsibilities System Ownership & Configuration Manage Permissions: Maintain user roles, security settings, global access controls, and custom layouts. Customize Platform: Design, scale, and configure custom fields, forms, lists, and records. Automate Workflows: Build and maintain advanced business process automations utilizing SuiteFlow. Oversee Upgrades: Test and deploy semi-annual NetSuite release updates and new AI-powered tools. Process Optimization & Integrations Map Processes: Lead end-to-end process mapping across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial functions. Connect Ecosystems: Partner with technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and other enterprise applications (CRM, PLM, HRIS). Align Life Cycles: Partner with stakeholders to map business cycles like Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay into optimal configurations. Project Lifecycle & Reporting Manage Lifecycle: Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications from go-live through stabilization. Build Analytics: Create and schedule complex saved searches, financial reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards using SuiteAnalytics. Maintain Integrity: Monitor data imports, mass updates, and duplicate record management. User Support & Training Resolve Issues: Serve as the main internal help desk and technical point of contact for primary NetSuite modules. Train Users: Conduct onboarding, build documentation, and champion system best practices. Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Education Experience: 5+ years in business analysis, systems optimization, or hands-on NetSuite configuration/administration. Environment: Experience working in a technology or high-growth manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, or a related field. Certifications: NetSuite ERP Consultant or Certified NetSuite Administrator designations are highly preferred. Technical & Soft Skills ERP Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting cycles, General Ledger, inventory management, and CRM operations. AI & Innovation: Open to learning and deploying emerging NetSuite AI modules, prompt tools, and automated features.
