Keep reading to discover how you can become part of a company that values excellence and customer satisfaction!QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED (experience may be substituted)HVAC installation experience, with residential HVAC experience being preferred)Knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and airflow principlesEffective verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBasic computer skills (tablets, laptops, documentation systems)A valid driver's licenseAbility to travel between job sites, work overtime, and the occasional weekendAbility to work at heights, on a ladder, wear PPE, and lift/move 50 lbs.Preferred QualificationsHVAC trade school certification (experience may be substituted)2+ years of residential HVAC installation or service experienceEPA Certification (can be obtained during employment)Experience with system start-up, commissioning, or quality control processesWHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR HVAC WARRANTY TECHNICIAN As our HVAC Warranty Technician, you take on a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges.
