Contract Account Coordinator

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Account Coordinator for a leading healthcare technology organization specializing in innovative solutions that support healthcare professionals and improve operational efficiency. This is a fully remote, three-month contract opportunity offering the chance to contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused team. POSITION OVERVIEW The Account Coordinator will support the Customer Success team by assisting Account Managers and Account Executives with customer relationships, account administration, onboarding, and day-to-day client needs. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination between customers and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, accurate account records, and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Maintain accurate customer records, contact information, account notes, and activity tracking within Gainsight and other internal systems. Coordinate with Finance to monitor invoicing, track outstanding payments, resolve billing inquiries, and support collections-related processes. Assist with customer projects, annual guideline upgrades, outreach initiatives, and deliverable tracking using Gainsight, Taskray, and other project management tools. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to address customer concerns, elevate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution. Prepare account reports, maintain dashboards, coordinate meetings, and support administrative projects to improve overall account management efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in account coordination, customer success, administrative support, customer service, or account management, preferably in a professional services, technology, or healthcare-related environment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with virtual communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Taskray, or similar CRM and project management platforms is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments while independently resolving issues. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This three-month temporary contract opportunity offers competitive compensation of $33.00 per hour. The position is fully remote, with geographic eligibility and scheduling requirements to be confirmed.
