$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a stable, growing company with over 40 years of success in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including punch presses, thermoformers, interfolders, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Repair, replace, and fabricate machine components as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment while following all company policies and procedures.
- Complete maintenance activities accurately and efficiently to support production goals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with PLCs, machine controls, servo drives, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Own basic maintenance tools and test equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts when needed.
