Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Immediate need for a talented Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Lawrenceville, GA (Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and familiesDevelop and coordinate discharge planning and continuity of careProvide emotional support, counseling, and crisis intervention servicesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary teamsAssist patients with community resources, placement needs, and post-acute care planningMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policiesEnsure compliance with patient confidentiality and healthcare regulationsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Minimum 2 years of recent experience within Social Work specialtyActive Georgia LCSW license requiredRecent acute hospital experience requiredStrong communication, organizational, and patient advocacy skillsAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare settingExperience in hospital discharge planning and care coordinationFamiliarity with EMR systems and hospital workflowsAbility to manage high patient volumes in acute care settingsOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
