Village Family Dental Associates is seeking a motivated RDH to provide exceptional oral hygiene care, patient education, and support to our patients at our Black Earth location. Dental hygienist

Perform professional dental hygiene services including teeth cleaning, periodontal cleanings, and taking intraoral x-rays and photos.
Record periodontal data and patient charts accurately in electronic dental records.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Assist with scheduling patient appointments and follow-ups.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and operatories.
Support laundry and stocking duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Collaborate effectively with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff to promote excellent patient care.

full-time $38 - $45 per hour

Full-time: 32-34 hours per week, 4 days/week
Typical work hours:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday – Sunday: Closed

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Wisconsin.
CPR and AED certification required.
Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene or related field.
Strong computer proficiency and communication skills.
Energetic, team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Anesthetic licensing and experience preferred but not required.
