Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Paisley Park is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This position is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, equipment, and overall facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain maintenance records Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues Conduct inspections of equipment, building systems, and grounds Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications Previous maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance experience required Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practices Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work weekends and maintain a Tuesday–Saturday schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr Paisley Park
