Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse with expertise in circulating and scrub roles for complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic surgeries. Must demonstrate independence in surgical procedures with a flexible schedule and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate during neuro, spine, and orthopedic surgeries, ensuring adherence to sterile and safety protocols.
• Perform scrub duties, particularly in complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic cases, including vascular and robotic surgeries.
• Prepare operating rooms by setting up necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies for diverse surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, ensuring timely and efficient operation flow.
• Manage post-operative documentation and communicate effectively with team members regarding patient care and surgery details.

Qualifications:

• Hold 4-5 years of OR RN experience, with required circulating background.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neuro, spine, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries, with strong scrub skills preferred.
• Be comfortable handling robotic procedures, including DiVinci cases.
• Possess active nursing licensure and relevant industry certifications.
• Exhibit flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
