Are you an experienced machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision parts ? Were looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist to join a hands-on manufacturing environment where youll have the opportunity to set up machines, troubleshoot programs, make adjustments, and inspect your own work.

What Youll Do

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes .

• Complete tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments .

• Edit and troubleshoot programs using G and M codes .

• Machine components made from steel, aluminum, plastics, and other materials .

• Work to tight tolerances and detailed specifications .

• Inspect your own parts throughout the machining process to ensure quality.

• Use micrometers, calipers, comparators, gauge pins, thread gauges, microscopes, and other precision measuring tools .

• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues to minimize downtime and scrap.

• Maintain equipment and keep your work area clean, organized, and safe .

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
