CNC Machinist (CNC lathe, manual milling)

Looking for a hands-on machinist who excels in precision job shop work. If you are a craftsman who thrives on manual equipment and clean setup, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Setup & operate manual mills, engine lathes, saws, & surface grinders.

• Operate & maintain 1 HAAS CNC lathe.

• Fabricate custom fixtures, 1-off prototypes, and short runs.

• Perform precision hand inspection using calipers, mics, and bore gauges.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of manual machining experience (tight tolerance work).

• Proven capability running HAAS controllers.

• Deep knowledge of shop math, tooling, and manual tool grinding.

• Self-starter who doesn't need to rely on CMM or automated QC to prove a part.

Pay & Benefits:

• $30 – $35/hr + Overtime

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• Metal Fabrication (1 year of experience is required)
• Blueprints and diagrams (1 year of experience is required)
