The Sr. Software Engineer I will report to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering and be part of an innovative eCommerce team.ResponsibilitiesThe Day-to-Day:Be a hands-on developer driving software development in a fast paced and dynamic environmentCollaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of complex technical problems by architecting robust, scalable, and secure solutions that address both current needs and future growth while aligning with business objectivesSet the technical bar for the team by implementing best practices in code quality, design patterns, and documentationMentor and guide junior team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical knowledge sharingEnsure all deliverables meet or exceed defined architectural, security, and compliance stands, working closely with relevant stakeholdersParticipate in the creation and enforcement of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to include leading the charge of AI implementation into toolingContribute to strategic technical ideation around architectural concepts for platform modernization and continued rollout of new features at scaleQualificationsIs this you?5+ years of experience in iOS development with a solid understanding of Swift, SwiftUI, iOS SDKs, and common libraries.BS degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experienceProven track record of tackling complex technical challenges, including optimizing app performance, improving load times, and debugging tricky issues like ANRs or layout delaysEnjoy working in cross-functional teams, can communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environmentFamiliarity with AI Coding tools like Claude Code or CursorFamiliarity with AWS managed and serverless technologies a plusExperience mentoring junior developers and enjoy sharing your knowledge of software engineering principles and best practicesWork-Hard, Play-HardHybrid work schedule and year-round flex day FridayOnsite childcare through Bright HorizonsOnsite dining center and game room (yes, there is a Taco Bell inside the building)Onsite dry cleaning, laundry services, carwash,Onsite gym with fitness classes and personal trainer sessionsUp to 4 weeks of vacation per year plus holidays and time off for volunteeringGenerous parental leave for all new parents and adoption assistance program401(k) with a 6% matching contribution from Yum!
