Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams in the operating room by preparing and maintaining sterile fields
• Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to surgeons and surgical assistants during procedures
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support efficient and safe patient care
• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and facility protocols throughout surgical procedures

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent credential required
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced OR environment
