Senior Manager, AI Implementation

Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities across the organization. Translate business challenges into practical AI initiatives, implementation plans, and adoption roadmaps. Drive AI adoption, change management, and value realization efforts. Work hands‑on with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, agents, dashboards, and prototypes to validate use cases and accelerate implementation. Coordinate execution across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Define KPIs, success metrics, and executive‑level reporting to measure AI program success. Support governance, scaling, and operationalization of AI solutions across the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI enablement and transformation initiatives. Requirements 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, management consulting, operations improvement, business transformation, or related leadership roles. Proven experience leading or supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments. Experience implementing, governing, scaling, or operationalizing AI solutions in a corporate setting. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives. Hands‑on mindset with the ability to prototype, test, and validate solutions.
