Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Sun City, AZ. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements Master‘s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapy license prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient PT preferred. Experience treating an older adult population is preferred. Comfort working in a PT-led operational model with a PT, PTA, and PT tech support. Position Details Team-focused outpatient PT owned clinic. Generous compensation with great benefits. Production-based model using RVU‘s that combine visits and collections in real time. Paid holidays: 7 per year. Paid sick leave: 1 hour sick leave for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours per calendar year).
