Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect Location: Bothell, WA (Onsite) Duration: Long-Term Contract Experience: 15+ Years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect to lead a large-scale global finance transformation initiative spanning 8 countries . The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance (formerly AX) , strong accounting and regulatory knowledge, and proven experience designing global finance templates, Chart of Accounts (CoA), and enterprise financial architectures. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring close collaboration with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, and Executive Leadership to deliver standardized, scalable, and compliant financial solutions. Key Responsibilities Finance Transformation & Advisory Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors to drive enterprise finance transformation initiatives. Provide strategic guidance on finance processes, governance, and operating models. Ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices. Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architecture Lead end-to-end solution architecture using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Dynamics AX. Deliver multiple full lifecycle D365 Finance implementations. Configure and optimize: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash & Bank Management Budgeting Project Accounting Global Finance Template & CoA Design Build and govern a shared Global Chart of Accounts (CoA). Define enterprise financial dimensions. Standardize global finance processes while supporting country-specific requirements. Lead multi-country implementations across: United States United Kingdom Netherlands India China Japan Australia Manage: Multi-entity organizations Multi-currency accounting Intercompany transactions Country-specific localization requirements Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

Required Qualifications 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance experience. 3–5+ full lifecycle D365 Finance implementations. Deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Cash & Bank, and Project Accounting. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and statutory compliance. Proven experience designing Global Chart of Accounts and financial dimensions. Hands-on experience leading global ERP rollouts across multiple countries. Expertise in multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting. Strong knowledge of global tax and localization requirements. Experience integrating banking, treasury, procurement, and tax platforms. Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
