SUMMARY:

Assistsinternalcustomersinmeetingqualityrequirements.Thisinvolvesinspectingparts, communicatingwithinternalcustomers and working on computers.

WAGETYPE:Hourly

FLSAExemption:Non-exempt

ESSENTIALDUTIES ANDRESPONSBILITIES:Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualmustbeabletoperformeachessentialdutysatisfactorily.Reasonableaccommodationsmaybemadetoenableindividualswithdisabilitiestoperformtheessentialfunctions.

Performs dimensional inspection using standard measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, visual aids, etc.
Performs cosmetic inspection using customer diagrams
Meets cycle time requirements
Documentsinternal and externalrejectsbyusing Microsoft Excel/Navision
Investigatesinternalrejectstodeterminevalidityandidentifyrootcauses.
Performsassignedhousekeepingduties.
Couldpotentiallycomeincontactwithhazardouschemicals.
AnyothertasksasrequiredtofulfillLincolnIndustries'BeliefsandDrivers.

QUALIFICATIONS:Therequirementslistedbelowarerepresentativeoftheknowledge,skilland/orabilityrequired.Equivalentcombinationsofeducationandexperiencemaybesubstitutedfortheexpectedlevelsofeducationandexperiencerequired.

Educationand/orExperience:

Expected:HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDPreferred:Electroplatingexperience

CommunicationSkills:

Mustbeabletoread,writeandcomprehendtheEnglishlanguage.
Abilitytoreadandanalyzetechnicalprocedures,controlplansandgovernmentregulations.

Abilitytointerpretavarietyofinstructionsfurnishedinwritten,oral,diagramorscheduleform.
Ability to operate a pallet jack and electronic equipment
Proficient at using computer.
