Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Must Haves Prior experience in data analysis, insights, business intelligence, or related functions Familiarity with HRIS tools: Workday, Greenhouse Familiarity with additional tools: Airtable, Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of recruiting, feedback, and performance management processes and systems.
